So i want to buy a pvp pilot, no Caldari.
around 20m sp, dont have to be just on one race, but please not many mining skills.

He is Amarr/Minmatar -- Limited Caldari 27.7m SP -- He has negative sec so if that's a problem, I'll save your time.

Relatively few skillpoints in Caldari -- except for faction ships, blacbird/ecm and a optional disco Raven/Rokh. Otherwise Armor, Shields, Missiles etc. all interchangeable or buffer among races (could port to Gallente and train blasters)....and of course he can fly a mean drake. But no rails, little active shield tanking etc.
