Some unanswered (?) questions about Destroyers and Battlecruisers changes

Hello CCP and Players of this great game!

I have been reading up on the changes to Destroyer and Battlecruiser skills and have a few questions that, I believe, are still unanswered. I am only asking because May 22 is the date of the change and I would like to help as many players as I can that might have similar questions or be in my situation.

To all the players that have posted on the topic – Thank you, you have helped me greatly. I tried to read all of it, but I sure I may have missed something (If so, I am so sorry, could you link the answers to my questions). I have been very busy lately.

Question 1

On May 22, will it be just the Destroyer skills that are going to change and the Battlecruiser skill is at a later date?

I believe I read somewhere that CCP is starting with Destroyers and doing Battlecruisers later. Also, if CCP is reading this, that would be awesome because I did some math and every player in the game could still get all four races Destroyer skills to level 5.

Question 2

How is a partially trained skill going to be handled?

I have read many times that “we will lose nothing/if you could fly it then you will be able to fly it,” I am asking because getting Battlecrusers to Level 5 for all four races is impossible now, but many of us will be close. If, for example, I can fly all four racial Battlecrusers with Level 4 proficiency and only need to train a few days for Level 5, will I, after the change, be a few days training for all four races?

Where is this stated please?

Asking because CCP Ytterbium has stated that this change will not take place before CCP has fleshed out the destroyer class of ships.

Here's a linky to a post from CCP Ytterbium in a thread I last payed any close attention to pertaining to Dessy/BC changes: https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=1174422#post1174422 . That post seems to be in direct contradiction to your stated date for the change.

Is there any information as to when the change will take place.
