I'm confused?

So, here is me Eve sheet.

I have come to a point where I'm not sure what to train next, to benefit me most in as little time as possible. My instinct would say max all core certificates to elite, because that would make me much more well rounded I suppose. Then again, I'm nearly there as it is...

I love pvp, frigates and cruisers mostly, so what to do now, train gunnery skills for all races for those ship classes, work on spaceship command skills, or support skills (electronics, engineering, etc...)

Help! Ugh

I just want to maximize my time to get me in the best possible place and skill set

I remember someone telling me that getting your races cruiser skill to V was quite an important one. Not sure how true this is though as I only have it to III myself.

Takes about 19 days to get it to V

I have had many approaches to training, in my eve-life.

You can:
Train for a specific ship. Make it perfect, or all specs to IV at least.

You can:
Train for a certificate.

You can:
Train skills that affect all races and ships. Some of those skills were listed here earlier. This is never a bad move.

You can:
Train a skill group for, lets say a month; such as Drones, or Engineering or whatever.

I used to have a goal of 1 level V per month. Then I would fill in the remaining days with shorter skills. Did that for a long time. (And I still do, more or less.)

My current fetish is: Getting every skill to level III minimum, so all that is left to train will be IV's and V's. I think you have more important goals than this atm, but I'm just giving some examples.

Nice toon you have there. Good start on a great skillsheet.

Looks like it's time to train some recon ships to me.

Everything in the navigation category (except maybe drive operation) to V and bumping up the relevant rigging skills would be my first impulse once all your fitting stuff is done.

I'd also consider leadership V so you can be a backup booster for your fleet if no one else has the boost skills. Good to be able to cover a couple squads, even with partial buffs.

Train all the skills you need as pre requs for all T2 and T3 ships. this is not just to be able to fly them but they tend to be very useful skills.
You should definitely do a cruiser to 5.
Your armour tanking skills need work.
Train HACs, Command ships, recons and T3. theyre all very nice for sub BS stuff.
