I'll just leave this thread here as it will be subject to some discussion when SiSi content hits the "fan"...

It seems alright...
If I was going to say anything bad, it'd be that it seems to be just a little bit squashed width wise.
Actually the menu stuff seems okay. The squashed bit I was looking at was the autopilot route text.
The System and Region names are a bit tight. Other than that it's okay.

I'll get used to it. It'll be normal to me in no time.

It can't be any worse then the old one. I don't know yet Sisi is updating atm.

Yeah, capital letters are nice and clear.

When you warp somewhere the destination text is right on top of the shield readout.
The readout text is a bit bugged on sisi atm.

The issue isn't "what bugs are there on sisi" because there will be some... it's whole point of the test server. The issue is "how many of the sisi bugs won't be resolved, but still pushed live" which tends to be about 80% of them. Prove me wrong CCP!

I mean it's not like they would have something that everybody's used to then introduce a replacement and not let you choose which one you prefer.

"the logs show nothing" & "working as intended" spring to mind :P

well that's the usual excuse anyway.

the font gets a +1 from me, it's readable that's a definite improvement

Improving the ease of use in the game is, in my view, a super important step that, dare I hope, will pave to way to a UI overhaul and BIGGER fonts. After all, in a game that interacts exclusively with the users through text... good readability seems of understated importance.

What I have seen so far is surprisingly good! Nice work so far.

I Like my font it's old comfortable and my fellow citizens rush to it after some odd football team wins something relatively important, no complaints here.

is it really complicated for CCP to make a drop down box. "Classic font" and the new "modern font"?

I rather stick to the old one than this new one.
