Extrinsic Damage amplifiers icon missing

On the info screens for these modules the fourth line down on the attributes screen it states 9% and 12% respectively

But doesn't state what this figure equates to damage boost probably but no icon seen or explanation

cant wait to test these once my Update finishes, wonder how EveHQ and EFT will deal with these new shifting modules :D
