Tengu Fit to Run Hubs in Nullsec

Hey all. I need a Tengu fit that will run hubs. Because this thing will only be in hubs, not sanctums or havens or plex's, it doesn't need to have an amazing tank. A speed tank with adequate resists *should* be fine. Then, the slots/CPU that usually get funneled into the Tank can be more utilized for DPS.

Additionally, I'd like to avoid faction/deadspace mods, keeping it at Tech 2 equipment. The rats are Serpentis, so thermic/kinetic hardeners.


edit: Actually, I have the budget for one of the cheaper deadspace mods, maybe a small shield booster.

4x CN BCU
BLA II
2x FLARE

tank:

pith C small booster
corelum C 10mn AB
hardeners to taste
orbit the first wreck you make at 20km,
adjust to rats if you're getting hit,
kill cruiser / bc class first

halo clone and +5% hardwires optional

Adjust fit to the faction you're fighting, this is a minimal tank setup that works against most.
I fly it against angels and it works fine; don't remember the subsystem names.

Thanks. My only concern is that I trained heavy missiles, not heavy assault missiles.

Could you possibly adjust the fit for those? Also, would the fit benefit from a target painter?

Forsaken hub there'll be no need for a target painter as most ships are BS's, i do all mine in a Heavy missile drake, even ran a haven in it too, takes a little longer granted but the price of the fitted Drake means i can have no worry if i get ganked being semi afk.
