At sold out the banner disapeared

Like we were not on at 18:00 and hiting refresh page all the time! Simply link to buy it didnt even show up!

account managment is down and my other chars account just ran out n it now means i cant reactivate any news on when it will be back up or how i can get hours for plex so i can log in and activate a plex??????
