Is the reactivation service dead?

I made my first request for reactivation one week ago with no result. It never used to take more than a few hours. Is this service dead? We need to petition for reactivation?

With the new update they are trying to get out onto Singularity currently (and possibly a new mirror) its likely that they haven't had time to go through the reactivation request sticky.

It isn't necessary to send a Petition as it'll just get binned, make sure you've posted in the reactivation sticky Here and then it's just a matter of waiting for them to have time to check.

They probaly dont have time to activate accounts yet and are probably busy doing more important stuff
