Actually, they said there's going to be a new Duality build with MMM included, if memory serves.

They said a lot of stuff. Hopefully they will deliver by the end of the year on all of their promises after that ****-storm last year, before it is too late that is. Sometimes it seems CCP were more effective and better 5 years ago...

UI fixes , nerfs and bug fixes are features for CCP. Did you not know this?
