I just saw j0rt....in high sec....with a positive sec status. Shocked Did he sell his character or something? This is almost like Chribba becoming a hardcore pirate.

Apparently yeah he did get sold. Carebearing on j0rt is just...wrong. Seriously, it's disturbing. Whoever bought him I'll pay you to biomass and put poor j0rt out of his misery.

This dude you speak of is not even hard core... hell he never even was a real pirate if he ever was one. I went back 14 pages and don't ever see him -10.0 or really killing anybody in lowsec. Roll Pretty sad to see its all hype.

Edit: Just to make sure... I went through all the pages and really only saw a few KM's in lowsec. No pirate by any means unless your going -10.0. Casual pirates who stay above -2.0 are just pirate wanabies.

Doing a Google search, it seems that j0rt was well known as a pirate in the 2003-2005 era. I'm guessing that the height of his career came before killboards.

You've clearly never heard of m0o. Once upon a time they were more infamous than the Goons are today. Some of the current game mechanics were actually created because of them. The only other group I can think of that shares that honor with them are the Privateers. I can only think of two groups that made CCP intervene with dev powers to stop player hostilities. One was the zombie attack on Yulai and the other times were all m0o. They weren't just pirates. They were THE pirates. Show some respect.

Wow...j0rt. That's a blast from the past :). I remember him and his m0o buddies giving us all sorts of trouble when I was a GM back in the early days of EVE. They basically helped shape what you can and can't do in EVE to this day. Obviously most of what they were doing ended up on the "can" side of that line ;)
