Serious question.

Goons are always in the wrong. Your attempt to consider an alternative narrative may leave you open to charges of thoughtcrime.

I don't know if CCP will every come out and explain fully what happened - they would best know. Whatever it is though, doubtless people will just scream at them that they should ban all goons, so I don't know if "wait and see" or "discussing petitions is not appropriate for GD" would be the best response.

Sounds like there is a problem that needs fixing with the War Dec glitch, and every thing else is a series of (logical) misunderstandings (on the part of Goons, Thorn, and CCP) with that glitch as ultimately the root cause.

Kind of a mess cascade all the way around, but pretty understandable on all parts. It will probably take a while for this band wagon to lose momentum though.

3. Yes and bait and Goons FC does not have his overview set up and fail to realize that they are grey? their logis starts repping, then their other logis start repping their logis and chain transfer aggro, their logis pilots also don't know anything about how logis work.

4. they seemed to have acted worse than a 14 day trial fleet, their FC ****** up.

5. mostly they die to thorn it seems.

Goons have gone from all neuts, does not care, using frigates and doing whatever to troll and lol at their enemies to-

have all blue, care more about the game than CCP, always using blobs and only fight when outnumbering and having superior fleet, getting trolled easily and having everyone lol at them.

Your logic is sound, and while I am a goon in the SA nature, I do completely agree with you. It's quite the double standard we seem to be holding these days. I'm sad to say we have become the enemies we sought so long to destroy. All of the recent events have lead me to believe that we must go back to the drawing board as a coalition. Like CCP, we must reset ourselves... It's the only logical option at this point.

While the rest of my family may be blind to it and only see this as our undoing, I see it as providence.

Well there were a lot of weird things - everyone's forgotten the GCC/"red blinking overview" bug from TiDi by now, I suppose.

As they say, there's always next time. Look forward to meeting your friendly "shoot to instakill" police force, CONCORD and the local Political "1400mm Artillery summary execution" Commissariat of the CFC.

The Goons thought there was a war dec active and either saw red targets (other glitches due to TiDi were going on), or saw grey targets that they thought should be red as war targets. Either way, the logical response would be to petition CCP.

and

Investigating the nature of the war dec glitch is very probably much more time consuming for CCP than the easily verifiable war dec that was supposed to be in effect. If they checked and saw the war dec listed in their records it would be very easy to believe that an exploit was being used.

I don't really see any foul play on the part of Thorn, CCP or the Goons this time around.

I wish I had a GM on contacts that can deal with my issues in 10 minutes over losing a few logis to a griefing. As far as I know only Goons and BoB have enjoyed this special treatment. I also like the fact that the GM went and blew them up without checking out what was wrong and just go by the Goon FC petition then. I also like the fact that they are crying like babies in this thread and showing everyone in EVE that they are in-fact what they them-self despise and mock daily. I also laugh when they kept doing same mistake because they have no ability to learn.

Alas, I and the rest of eve have to wait days to get **** fixed. We also don't petition Goons for griefing.

PL lost face ages ago, it is like pointing out the fact that Goons pets in the CFC like FA, SMA and others are pathetic, which they are and Goons keep them blue because they care about their empire and mining ops now more than what even BoB use to.

The burn Jita is just a means to drive up prices for their care-bear stuff anyway Lol

Being a member in Goonswarm comes with such privileges as having GMs take care of your petitions in 10minutes, the GM will also not check your petition and just take your word for it, join today!
