The following is the April monthly report of the Molden Heath Environmental Authority. We are working hard to protect the region of Molden Heath by stamping out the scourge of illegal mining. We care about the environment - shouldn't you?

**********************************

MOLDEN HEATH ENVIRONMENTAL AUTHORITY
INSPECTION REPORT – APRIL 2012

I am pleased to present to you the official Molden Heath Environmental Authority (MHEA) Inspection Report for the month of April, 2012. I would like to commend our authorized agents The Executioners (TEXN) and The humbleless Crew (THC2) and their teams of diligent Mining Inspectors for their exceptional work this month.

A total of 54 exhumers, 8 mining barges, and 1 Industrial Command Ship failed to produce licenses when inspected during the month, and as a result all were sanctioned. This outstanding effort has cost illegal miners approximately 13 billion ISK. Ships sanctioned were as follows:

Hulks - 42
Mackinaws - 12
Covetors - 3
Retrievers - 5
Orcas - 1

I would also like to highlight some of the notable work that was done during the month:

1. Mane Frehm, Mining Inspector #14 is our Mining Inspector of the Month. He inspected and sanctioned 37 exhumers during the month, carrying out all inspections in a caring, professional manner.

2. On April 12th, Mining Inspectors Jon Marburg and Maraner detected a group of 5 ice miners in the Teonusude ice belt, all without licenses. Rather than sanction 1 or 2 of these violators, they ensured that all 5 were punished through the use of specialized Armageddons. Bravo gentlemen.

3. However, I must also remind these 2 inspectors that the system of Emolgranlan is NOT in Molden Heath and thus not subject to the rules of the MHEA. Oops. I would like to extend a personal apology to Bosniakus, and will ensure that he receives a very special license rate should he apply for one from us.

4. I would like to thank the pilots of Gunpoint Diplomacy, the Black Rebel Rifter Club and Sigillum Militum Xpisti for their assistance in the sanctioning of the Industrial Command ship on April 2nd. I can see that they have an aptitude for this work, and would welcome their formal application to become authorized agents of the MHEA.

5. On April 8th, an Orca was found parked illegally in the Teonusude Ice Belt. This ship was towed and impounded, and when the owner Wulf Killer failed to pay the fines and towing fees, it was sold to cover our costs, with the remaining funds provided to the MHEA.

I would also like to acknowledge the fine work of Dr. Sugar Kyle (BSc., MSc., PHD, DDS) who accepted the position of Science Administrator for the MHEA. She is hard at work furthering our understanding of these environmental challenges.

The MHEA thanks all of you for your efforts and looks forward to another successful month. Good luck and happy inspecting.

Thank you for doing the Lord's work. It's a thankless job keeping these miners in accordance with regional laws. Can't let Veld-heads run around unchecked now, can we? That would just be insanity and chaos on a large order.

...and congratulations. You did the most work on a ship that doesn't even really count for Hulkageddon.

The whole "pretend to be official" is a very, very overdone gig. Please come up with something new.

Jacob - your reply concerns me.

Clearly you need a better understanding of the environmental issues here. Can I interest you in one of our educational seminars? They are available on a regular basis at very reasonable rates.

oops.

Helicity corrected the page. Orca's are indeed on official rules page now.

Sorry broski, Suddenly Whoevertheirnameis beat you to it ages ago. They beat that dead horse into hamburger meat, and then beat the resulting feces further. You need to get a different gig. You're just making yourself look like a wannabe.

I attended that seminar before when I was in the Navy, it is the one where your mom takes on the four sailors. I hope you didn't kiss her that day.
