I'm confused about the purpose of this thread with the exception of ensuring anyone who didn't know zee now know he's a caldari militia alt (which includes those who shouldn't know)

lol they blew up a neutral alt for me once and i didnt go on a rampage, it happens when they dont have it in corp.

the gunny t31 character is the worst person ever to lead any gangs.
he uses profanity in every way he can and has generally failfits ordered to his fleets.
he even had a guy in a dps fitted battlecruiser do scouting for the fleet while others in more suitable ships were told to stfu and do as he says.
lots of the caldari militia stopped flying when he was in fleet as he wont listen to people with 8y ingame about sound ideas when he as a 6m nub only knows profanity.

just shoot him as he is a fail in every way possible.

OP... as a general rule of thumb... try not to engage neutral ships unless you are prepared to a shitstorm of drama (i.e. a war dec) as almost every good militia corp (be it friendly or enemy) has a neutral alt flying about somewhere in the warzone.

Also... stop trying to make yourself out to be the morally superior one here. You killed a neutral... which means you GCCed... on a hunch no doubt. For all you knew... it could have been some random passerby who wanted to see what was happening. Either reimburse the man or point a gun at him.

A few things

1) Neutral normally means you should try to get a name off em even if you point them while waiting for a reply from a main or corp ceo.

2) I would war dec you for the time i wasted reading that massive wall of text and wasted space on the CCP servers.

3) Just give the man his damned 20 mil isk ship and probably combat scanner probes/launcher and be done with it. you'll make more than that blowing **** up than wasting your time posting this.

Haha personally I would've told that pilot to go eat a camel ****, gunny too and he knows this =] but then again I'm perms so he don't need a wardec. I've called him a ****** but in the end we usually makeup over a cup of hot cocoa. -_^
