Rorqual Ore compression

I've been trying to compress some ore in a Rorqual for a couple of days now and every time I turn the industry core on, it compresses normally and after that I put the run on, the ore and blueprint disappear without showing up in science and industry, 5 minutes later it's ready in the science and industry window without any warning or explanation for why it took so long.

Any had the same problem?

This is a serious problem, I've sent a petition but no answer yet.
Does any one also have this problem or know any resolution?
