Hello fellow capsuleers,

Yesterday I decided to leave the safe haven of red HQ (lol) and head around the nearby lowsec to try and get some solo rifter kills or something. Before that I hadn't been to lowsec in a long long time so I was really looking forward to it. Turns out I was really dissapointed! Not only did I not find anybody undocked for countless jumps when I finally did find somebody they were just bait for their friends to come along Sad Oh well, such is life! Anyway I'm not here to complain, I love PvP as it is.. I'm just wondering, to all of you solo low-sec PvPers out there: where's a good low-sec area to head to? Or alternatively where have you had a lot of pew-pew? Pirate

Cheers all

Amamake was good for solo frig fights, well, it was until PL cyno'd most their fleet in from T1 frigs to Avatars just for fun. Not been back for a while so no idea if they still reside in that system. Shame if they do as it was pretty fun for solo fights.

Aurohunen is where I live - I get lots of fights in the pipe leading up to Tama and Oldman star.
Systems arn't packed with people but you can normally find a fight in a coupla minutes of roaming.

If I'm online you'll see me around in a gallente frig of some sort Big smile

I hear frigfidays are still happening in Amammake.

Also I read blog where someone did roams through low sec and gave his thoughts. I like to roam and around dal. But I am in fw.

Being in fw can help you speed up finding fights considerably. I can't imagine how long it would take to find fights in low sec, if I was not in FW.

Generally I have found that in low sec, only fw comes even remotely close to providing the amount of pvp you can get in rvb.

Make faction war occupancy pvp instead of pve https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=53815&#post53815

Basically what the guy above said. Enaluri/Nennamalia has grown interesting and more like the minnie/amarr front now that Q-Cats lives in the next system over from the main CalMil hub. It will either be fun or not. But there is a lot of activity.

Solo fights in frigs in lo-sec are going to be rare due to gate guns. Most pirates etc will roll in BCs so they can tank the gate guns and kill their prey. You will get some frig on frig action in FW with plexing...but 1v1 is a rarer thing in eve...

You can get non-arranged 1 v 1's in low sec if you have some patience. I mostly find them in faction war plexes, whether it be a FW war target or a flashy pirate looking for a fight. Of course it helps greatly if you are either in FW or are -5 pirate yourself. There are a lot of FW folks and anti-pirates floating around lowsec that won't go GCC on everything they see.

FW is by far the most pew-pew I've ever found in Eve. I haven't done RvB yet though, but that seems a little too meaningless for my tastes. While FW pvp is almost completely meaningless, if you RP or closet-RP you can find enough meaning to keep you going.

1v1 takes a lot of effort anywhere, come to nulsec your more likely to find ppl wanting a fight rather than run, fight may come attached to a gang of course, At least you can fight on gates.

Amamake and its surrounding areas are pretty damn good for solo pvp to be honest, hardly noticed the extra pl in Amamake system. It does take some time but you can find plenty of fights to be had in frigates around there.

As mentioned before...

Frigfry Fridays. Fit up 5+ frigates and come to Amamake on October 7th. Use the event channel in game - "Frigate Fridays". Ask for 1v1's, or ask for 2v2's, 3v3's, etc... if you have friends with you. Roam the belts and enjoy it.

You will get some good fights.

I'm back!

Yeah, with that bunch of booster t3s, command ships and sometimes titan on scan from 3-1, everyone must feel like he is having honourable 1v1 there. Never met cloaky recon on 3-1 neither.

This is spot on. The systems around Amamake are good hunting grounds; Vard, Dal, Auga etc. been getting some decent fights there. Amamake is okay too, but I havent seen as many friggs around as there used to be lately, but if you feel like taking on smal, 3-5, man PL gangs this place is perfect. Also beware of the smartbombing rokh on your way out.
