I would like to be a Courier, taking packages from one end of the galaxy to the other. Sounds thrilling.

How should i get started? Are there corporations that need a shipper? Or should i fly solo?

Ideas, im open to them,

In Contracts. Type "Courier".

Keep in mind, picking up or dropping off in nullsec is generally a bad idea because you won't be able to dock in most stations.

Also, good courier contracts are hard to come by, you'll see a lot with something like 100,000 m3 needs to be transported 15 jumps for 1 million reward and 500 million collateral. If you really want a career in hauling things around train for a freighter and apply to join a hauling corp, where you'll at least be fairly compensated for your work.

Red frog I hear is really good with courier contracts beyond that don't know much. Have heard a lot of complaints about being a courier. Don't want to deter you and wish you the best man.

Always willing to help all you have to do is ask, though if you're in the other fleet I may not help the way you want. Just a heads up. Pub Channel: Lost Souls Trading Post

Red Frog Freight and their low/nullsec sister corp, Black Frog Logistics, do an excellent job, though I've no idea what it's like to be part of their corp.

Red Frog would be a great choice later on, but not for a new player. As an Ex-Frog, its a really good corp once you can afford to buy your own Freighter as well as run an Alt Account. (Both of which are Requirements)

You need to be careful with courier contracts. Take a look at the amount of isk they ask for as collateral. Some people will put contracts out there even in empire then suicide gank you so your forced to pay colateral to who ever placed the original contract.

Its better to stick with courier missions or being in a smaller logistics corp until you can buy a freighter and join some one like Red Frog.

Red Frogs Best Frogs.

and black froggys too!
