Okay, maybe not that bad. But still, this is hardly something worth making a big deal over. Meh, maybe the inevitable mass-reprocessing of these ships will soften this month's blow to mineral prices.

Nah. Just not worth the good gifts this time around. With Christmas, they were trying to appease a horribly upset userbase. But they can't let that be the standard for gifts, so they've gotta push the expectations back down again.

Thank you CCP, not just for the upcoming free anniversary gifts, but for producing such an awesome game. My only regret is that I did not start playing Eve sooner. But, having well and truly learnt my lesson, I've bought a PS3 just to play DUST514 and I'm not even a FPS type of guy . Big smile

The game has been around 9 years, yet your giving out free gifts that anyone that's played longer than a year never uses or needs...........

Thanks for the offer, but please have a think about this and give an option for the older players, even if its a heap of RF M EMP or something.......

Instead of worthless T1 cruisers that nobody who can fly a Hurricane or Drake will ever use, skillbooks that nobody who has been playing for a month needs, and a "collector's item" that's about to become worthless now that everyone gets a copy, how about a nice highsec killing spree for all of the outlaws in the game?


As for "STOP COMPLAINING, IT'S FREE", it just shows a lack of imagination from CCP. They're promoting this "awesome" gift celebration, but they can't bother picking some gifts that more than 10% of their players will use? It's just not very impressive.

My suggestion to those who whine about the choice of gifts offered: Petition CCP to be excluded from all future Holiday and Anniversary Gifts - the "I'm an ungrateful Git who deserves and gets nothing" Option seems perfect for you :)

To all others: Lets enjoy the nice free stuff.
