If the CEO of a Corporation stops paying to be a subscriber, does the Corp Disband?

If you want to hand over CEOship of a corp, does the person you are trying to give the title to have to have the nessesary skills?

On the first question, no. Say you have an alt corp and decide not to play for a while, the corp will still be there when you come back.
However, if you are the CEO of a corp with a lot of players and decide to leave game without appointing another CEO,
I believe people with a director role can vote to replace the CEO, if they have shares. or together have more then 50% of the shares.
They can also contact CCP and explain why they do not want to leave corp and why the CEO being absent is disrupting the functioning of the corp, CCP can decide to give the CEO position to another director.

If you want to give the CEO position to another person that person does have to have the necessary skills,
otherwise you will not be able to hand them CEO position.

Anyone with at least 5% of all the shares of the corp can initiate a vote to impeach the CEO. If the vote succeeds, that person will become the new CEO. AFAIK you don't even need to have any corp management skills to do this.

If the CEO owns all the shares in the corp, impeaching them is impossible via in-game means. This means that if they quit the game or get banned, there is no way to regain control of the corporation. CCP has been reported to be especially unhelpful in these cases, don't count on a GM to get the corp back to you in any reasonable time.

If a CEO wants to willingly pass over corp leadership to another person, that person only needs to have Corporation Management I. No other skills are required, regardless of the number of corp members or their races. If no member of the corp (except for the current CEO) has this skill, leadership can be passed over to any member.

I dont think this is true, or they changed it, when I made this corp I made it with another char of mine, when i wanted that char to leave I didnt get the option to give ceo to anyone untill I had this char trained to corp management.
