Im thinking about training up a hulk pilot. Is there any diffreance to what race/bloodline i use to start? And are thre any good skill plans around before i go making one in evemon?

I would also check out "Halada's Mining Guide". Once upon a time, ut was the holy grail of mining guides. It's somewhat dated, but the skills and ship bonuses haven't really changed and it gives you some good tips in addition to the above link.

Race/bloodline has zero effect; there are numerous examples of skill tracks to take, but you may want to check out the attributes for the basic skills to optimize what you train first. For example, I trained one up, concentrating on the non-piloting skills first with implants and the first remap, then when the non-piloting skills were done I remapped for piloting skills to optimize training time. Just plan BEFORE you implement it. Smile

Here's a copy I've uploaded to EVE-FIles: Halada's The Complete Miner's Guide 3.1 (Extended Edition)
http://go-dl.eve-files.com/media/corp/TauCabalander/completeminersguidev31.pdf

Things that have changed:
* T2 Mining Links
* T2 Small Tractor Beams
* Rorqual bonus increased from 5% to 10%.
