Ok so, just so you know i am a Carebare, but to be fair this burn jita stuff has forced me back into my rohk, and tonight i will try my first crack at an incursion. Also before i get started id like to applogize in advance, for terrible grammar. O and if i present something in on of my ideas that already happens, Im not a troll, just maybe illinformed on certain matters.
People like me play this game only too mine. I personally do this b/c mining lets me play, make isk, and alt tab while i watch movies on netflix, and or interact with my wife/kid, and watch porn. Also i enjoy being in large mining fleets it just makes me feel important, and in RL im a dairy farmer so boring click darg isnt boring im quite used to monotiuns labor. Now that being said i understand most people believe EvE should be a game where anyone can kill anyone at any time for any reason. WIth that i dont have a problem. However i remember my first week playing this game, someone can flipped me. It was almost full i filled it with my bantam, so as you can tell i was PISSED. So i got into my merlin, and attacked the guy. he killed me, and concord came after me. I didnt play for a week. I was upset one, b/c no one told me about can flipping, and two to me it wasnt fair, and i wasnt going to pay 15 a month for something that i could get scrwed at. But it woke me up to the fact that even in Eukra .9 sec i could get killed. Ideas to fix these items


1. There should be parts of space where there is ultra High Security, not many, and not near places like JITA Amarr, Rens etc. These parts of space would work simple you cant lock on a target, other then Asteroids. Now people say O TYPICAL CAREBARE. No in these Super HIGH sec systems there is only Regualr Veldspar. So no one will get rich, and you cant bring anything over t1 into them, so no hulks. Now just like that we have a truely safe place for people starting out to make some isk, and learn the game.

2. Ganking
ok so goonie swoops in with 3 tornados, kills my 2 hulks, and almost gets the orca befoee concord gets there right? well how about if your in a fleet, or a corp for that matter if you get suiced ganked anyone can now attack the attacker. Only makes since right? and to even up the mechanic of suiced ganking, how about if you kill my hulk, i can hunt you down and attack you until i kill you once. Seems fair, eye for an eye. Now you might say, well wtf is a carebare gonna do 2 me. Well how about this everyone in the fleet/corp attacked in high sec can also hunt a person down who did the ganking, So now carebares could go out and hire mercs to be in the fleet with them and protect them. it only makes since, kinda like a sheep dog protecting the herd. Am i wrong on this? tbh ive never mined outside of high sec, and ive never mined in a fleet with a protecter, but im pretty sure in high sec if someone in a raven was in the fleet he/she couldnt attack the gangkers concord would have to finsih them off. To me chaning this rule would stop hulkageddon, or make it harder goons would still get actrion, bears would feel safer everyones happy right?


3. Can flipping. When you deploy a jet can it should be your property, someone deploys it you take from it, they pew pew you until you die once. and concord no longer attackes you for deffending YOUR property.. Idk why can flipping is allowed. it really sucks to have this happen 2 you as a newbie.

So sorry in advanced if this is like all wrong. But insted of bears crying, or goons calling bears pussys, how about we rope off a small part of each factional space for newbies, and allow people to have mining fleets with protection i

They're really crawling out of the woodwork today aren't they?

1) There are the rookie systems which have stricter rules on combat in the name of protecting rookies.

2)You have kill rights against everyone involved in killing your ships, so long as you didn't shoot back as you died. These rights last one month or until you kill them once. As for the fleet thing, once the gankers fire the first shot, they go GCC and anyone can shoot at them freely.

3)If someone steals from your can, you can shoot them and CONCORD won't intervene.

So, uh, I guess you got everything you wanted... uh... Congrats?

So in other words, you like mining because it allows you to make isk while you're actually doing something else. Why should gameplay for people who actually play the game be restricted, to accommodate someone who's elsewhere, doing something other than playing the game?

EVE should be designed for people who actually play EVE.

I am a bear and I have nothing against Goons. I take advantage of the chaos they cause like a Remora does a shark. I don't care about the tears the fish the shark eats sheds much in the same way as the faster fish know to stay away from the shark's mouth. You dumb*** idiots that haven't been listening to the cello music for the last month are just fish poop now.

But...you will continue blathering inanely post after post after post.

I was having fun with him, but then I made the mistake of making too many hard points, and he pulled a GSF and quietly bowed out to go troll someone else.

Super secure trade areas, with no PvE other than for real newbies, no mining either. I could live with in exchange for a hefty nerf of CONCORD everywhere else. Of course Goons could still run their blockade they would just camp the gates leading to this area rather than the area itself... and they should be able to do that.

When you "jettison" something from your ship, it's garbage. If it was important to you, you wouldn't jettison it out of your ship. Obtaining anchored, password protected containers - filling your ship, then offloading into them - ensures your can won't be flipped. You have the saving grace that CONCORD still thinks your garbage is yours, and not a menace to navigation, so if someone DOES flip it, you have ten minutes of kill rights.

Don't jetcan mine. That's just dumb. No game mechanic should be changed to accomodate dumb.
