Other rules:

- No Sniping
- Buyouts will be considered but not immediately accepted. Notice will be given in thread if a buyout is to be considered with a min. 12 hour window for others to beat that offer.
- No in-game bids/mails will be accepted.

Once the winner has been established, that person should apply to Corp after the auction closes, after which he or she will be accepted on review of the thread and auction status. Corp and alliance transfer will continue as soon as effectively possible, with the required ISK to be transferred before the CEO position is transferred over to the buyer.

There will be no transfer unless these conditions are met, and the previous bid will be accepted and the bidder notified. Following transfer, I will leave Corp and let the winner get on with their business. No further communication required.

In the event that the winner wants one or both of the buffer corps, (confirmed as allowed in game by a GM, for purpose of securing support for Exec. Corp.), they are required to have friends or alts in those corps to complete the transfer of those entities along with the Exec. Corp and Alliance. These will be transferred following the Alliance transfer.

From here on out, the Auction will be 7 days from first bid till closing.

Also, to clarify for those who might be confused or mislead, a Rogue is defined:

"Oxford Online Dictionary wrote:
noun

1. a dishonest or unprincipled man: you are a rogue and an embezzler

a person whose behaviour one disapproves of but who is nonetheless likeable or attractive: Cenzo, you old rogue!

2. [usually as modifier] an elephant or other large wild animal living apart from the herd and having savage or destructive tendencies: a rogue elephant

a person or thing that behaves in an aberrant or unpredictable way, typically with damaging or dangerous effects: he hacked into data and ran rogue programs a rogue cop who took the law into his own hands

Of course there is also the less aristocratic definition:

Rogue (Noun)

1. Someone who acts in an unorthodox manner, does not follow conventional rules, or does things that would be considered out of the social norm.

Depending on the society, a Rogue may be a principled individual of high morals and strong ethics, or he or she may be an undisciplined individual of poor moral stature.

2. Also, a vagabond, wanderer, adventurer, or treasure hunter.

Examples of Rogues from classical literature, Fiction, History, and various other sources:

Han Solo of Star Wars, Captain Jack Sparrow of Pirates of the Caribbean, Ezio Auditore of Assassins Creed, Zorro, Robinhood, The Black Knight, Chev Chelios of Crank, Lancelot of classic Arthurian tales before he became a Knight, and many more.

"Jonathan Dollimore, York University" wrote:
Those at the periphery of society often figure obsessively for those at its center, and never more so than with the rogues of early modern England. Whether as social fact or literary fiction-or both, simultaneously-the marginal rogue became ideologically central and has remained so for historians, cultural critics, and literary critics alike.

"Alexandra W. Halasz, Dartmouth College" wrote:
...the figure of the rogue in a nexus of early modern cultural inscriptions that reveals the provocation a seemingly marginal figure offers to authorities and various forms of authoritative understanding, then and now.

"Rogues of Early Modern English Culture" wrote:
Under various names-rogues, vagrants, molls, doxies, vagabonds, cony-catchers, masterless men, caterpillars of the commonwealth-this group of marginal figures, poor men and women with no clear social place or identity, exploded onto the scene in sixteenth-century English history and culture.

Early modern representations of the rogue or moll in pamphlets, plays, poems, ballads, historical records, and the infamous Tudor Poor Laws treated these characters as harbingers of emerging social, economic, and cultural changes. Images of the early modern rogue reflected historical developments but also created cultural icons for mobility, change, and social adaptation.

The underclass rogue in many ways inverts the familiar image of the self-fashioned gentleman, traditionally seen as the literary focus and exemplar of the age, but the two characters have more in common than courtiers or humanists would have admitted. Both relied on linguistic prowess and social dexterity to manage their careers, whether exploiting the politics of privilege at court or surviving by their wits on urban streets.

In regards to the individual corporations,

Are the corp shares still held by the corp or are they held by third parties?

Pretty sure all Corps have the original share allotment. At worst, the Executor shares are held by me I think, and I can easily switch them back. Don't think I transferred them though, so it should all be as original.

edit: Request for Standings info was made, so I'm adding an image to the OP from in game today.

bidding is in 30 million ISK increments, but I'll accept that as it is, (as a valid bid), if you mean 40 million? Smile
