Advanced Mining Tutorial - Making Mountains out of Molehills 3 of 10 by Sherkah Ashek

I am asked to manufacture civilian After burners, but I don't have the Industry skill
Purchasing stuff off the market has not been cover yet by any tutorial
This skill needs to be provided as a reward by the previous mission so it can be trained for this mission.
or at least a reference to purchase off the market.

Someday I will have the time to play. For now it is mining afk in High sec. In Cheap ships
