Should be straight up, that is the most eve style thing seen in all my time playing, and got moved. I did not see any highsec cap rules violation?

Am sure there are tons, and whether the live stream was recorded. It UNDOCKED flew around a bit, suddenly popped away and locators put it the middle of 0.0 nowhere. So hopefully GM didn't move it without real legit cause or talking to the cap pilot, cause that would just dampen the whole burn jita excitement.
