The event was awesome fun.

I went expecting some interesting info accompanied by some awkward chat for an hour with some neckbeards.

Instead I got a 8 hour drinking marathon with some really cool people culminating in singing an incredibly bad rendition of "High Sec Girl" (uptown girl) to get the Kareoke kicked off.

It also turns out Soundwave was once an ingame nemesis of mine! Luckily he (and Unifex and Guard) were all p. chill and, admittedly, much better than me at kareoke.

All in all if this is what an Eve Meet involves I will be returning regularly.

Big shout out to Becca for herding us cats across London.

I got a beta key, photos with all the devs, a drink from CCP Soundwave and signed boobs. And met a couple of my awesome corpmates! I also ended up with my legs around CCP Guard's shoulders...

Yeah, I don't remember a great deal other than that Roll

What I DO remember is that it was an amazing night and needs to happen again. Stat.

Nice one! Met loads of really chill guys. Had an invite to join Black Rebel Rifter Club, Black Legion and Aquila Inc. Got to shake Unifex's hand on making a really awesome game.

Remind Unifex about giving Fanfest HD streamers beta keys on the next wave, seeing as I managed to miss a beta key on the night, argh!

Still a great night, and i'm still warm from the hugs from Guard and Unifex.

All those people I met who's names escape me thanks for the chats!

It really was an awesome night, wouldn't have done anything different. I'll be eagerly awaiting the announcement for the next meet up.

Thanks to Soundwave, Guard and Unifex for the photos (I'll definitely be bringing a better camera next time).

Big shout out to Lallante for starting up this thread and telling me about it last night, also thanks for all the beers.
My apologies for being so drunk that I thought I could actually sing well enough to do kareoke. Thanks for backing me up while I merrily proceeded with butchering one of my favourite songs of all time.

Thanks to CCP for the amazing evening/night!

It was great to meet and chat with other capsuleers and I got to chat to CCP Guard and CCP Soundwave! All thee CCP guys were great, talked to as many people as possible and didn't mind the harassment and mobbing!

The only downside, as many people said, was the sound system but I am sure next time they will get it right! On the plus side I got drunk, a DUST 514 beta key some signed "dollars" with CCP Guard's face on and most importantly photos with Soundwave and Guard!

Can't wait for the next London meet up and I am also planing to attend the EVE fan-fest in Iceland!

All three CCP guys were great. Down to earth and easy to talk to. And happy to talk about anything too,

I had a quick chat with CCP Soundwave and he had time to listen to everyone's questions and seemed genuinely interested no matter how small, simple or off the wall. Massive respect for that.

I really feel that the game can only head in the right direction with this type of open interactive attitude.

It was an interesting evening, was good to see what other English EVE players are like in real life.

I'm a bit confused by something that CCP Guard said to me though, that there are currently no plans to look into Missile balancing... which contradicts a forum post by CCP Ytterbium.... Shocked

If I didn't like talking about spaceships, I'd be working the wrong job :) Thanks for a great night!
