We both received the email, then if something's stuck in the process it's up to CCP.
Maybe there was a problem with me changing my email on the account, we'll see.

logged a petition for stuck character, they can sort it out as im sure its just a problem on their end.

Sent a petition too, hopefully it will get sorted out quickly.

PS : don't worry if it's because of hacking or I don't know how it's called, it is not and petition was sent. Just ip sharing and account editing
