[OBSERVED] Burn Jita Strategy

I was there for hours last night. Goons didn't shoot a single damn thing. There was all sorts of commercial traffic just going about their business. Freighters, Orcas, even T1 industrials. And dozens of tornadoes and thrashers hovering in space. So much for burning the place down.

Hell, we have a (theoretical, not actually built) Orca which we theorycrafted as a bait-ship - 450K EHP, all T2 gear, T1 rigs. It also includes point and web and neuts.

It's only theoretical because :lazy:.
