Why would someone have to talk to you ?

In order to qualify for the 100M ISK reward for every 10 ganks, you have to EVE mail the target and gloat (while also sending a copy to a specific goon character).

After we blow up your hulk you'll have to buy a new one, half the cost of which is tech. You may have noticed that hulks cost significantly more now. You might take 1m isk out of our pockets every time we blow you up but because of OTEC you are going to put hundreds of millions back in.
