Outlaws not actually outlaws?

Right so during the Goons burn Jita event I noticed something rather irritating, and it cost me three ships.

I would engage targets appearing on my overhead as outlaws and as such, open to engagement. Except, half the time said targets would end up not being outlaws and CONCORD would destroy my ship and mark me an outlaw.

I checked and double checked my overview settings, targets that were registering as things I should be able to engage, were getting me flagged by CONCORD. However, I do not believe this issue was exclusive to me.

Yeah...

There is no way every one of those pilots, myself included thought they were engaging a neutral kestrel not marked for PvP. I would not have thrown away a moa to kill a kestrel.

I don't mind losing ships, that's part of the game. What I do mind, is losing ships doing something everything in the UI was telling me I COULD do.

This happened two times prior to that last kill, only now am I so irritated with losses to CONCORD because of a mis-communication in the game, that I have decided to post this.

Excelling in all things terrible.

Last night I saw something appear on my overview as a valid target, which I'm pretty sure should not have. I didn't have a chance to attack it to find out though. (a non-criminal pod)

Did you get the CONCORD warning?

Post with your monkey.

Lost two Naga's and a Executioner to this.
Ships clearly marked as outlaw, Locked them up, Fire, Concord.
One of them, five of us fired at this guy and I was the only one Concorded.
Lots of weird and wonderful things going on in Jita Big smile

Exactly the same here, i already have a forum post about it:

I have raised a petition, so i will wait and see what happens there.

21 fired at a blinky red tornado, no criminal act warning was shown. 7 of us got a global criminal countdown and concorded for it. sec status loss here also of -0.8

I received CONCORD warnings sporadically. Some ships I would get a warning on, and cancel my engagement. The ones that got me killed however, gave no warning whatsoever.

Yes there was an issue with incorrect aggression flags being displayed in the client. We live-fixed this in Jita yesterday, and will be applying a general server fix today during DT
If you took action against a supposed-GCC target, but then lost your ship and got a sec hit without warning (before approx 1830 last night), please file a petition with the details.

Is it possible you could tell us when you will be getting to my (and many others) reimbursement petitions for ships and sec status? Its been nearly a week and I have only heard back from your bug report team.

Yeah.. the same thing happend to me and im just glad i wasnt the only one. I just would like to get my Loki back or at least know how long it will be before I hear from an official ingame. http://eve.battleclinic.com/killboard/killmail.php?id=16220455 Seems everyone else that agressed that "GCC" tornado met the same fate. =/ Also recieved no concord warning even though i have it turned on.
