EVE, Stuff keeps resetting?

I've had this problem for a while now and it's very annoying, I have no idea how to fix it

Everytime when i log of eve and log back in, all the changes to windows and overview etc I made during the previous session have gone back to the way they were

For example, I have 2 chatwindows open, chat A and chat B
When I close chat A, log off, and log back in, chat A will be back again

Same goes for new chats, If I open an additional chat C, it will be gone when I relog

It's like my eve is stuck in a certain timeframe and it keeps resetting to that timeframe each time I relog
This is not for 1 character btw, it goes for all 4 of my accounts =/
