how long is the petition process time? bad customer service.

When I filed the first petition I thought my acct was banned since I couldn't log in. I was scared that I thought I did something wrong and read through EULA and TOS. But i didnt' violate anything. And well the next day I realized that I paid in January... and the 3 month is up end of March.. and that was when I couldn't log in.

So yesterday I closed that old petition and created a new account and filed a new petition asking to reactivate my expired account so I can login and add game time.. or now .. i can transfer my char over to this account.

Just asking how long is the usual petition process time?

It wasn't me who said CCP got bad customer service in the first place. It's all over the net. Not just eve forums.

Petition and posting thread in forum is my last resort if I can't figure it out on my own. I've searched all over the place.


The processing time depends on a lot of things-- how many petitions are in line before this one? How many of those are considered 'critical issues'? How much information is available in the ticket? Has it been escalated to tech support, or does customer support still have it? Who has my coffee? Why is this llama sitting at my desk?

Try to remember that your petition is one of about 65,000 that are currently sitting in the system, and the support staff can only do so much at one time.

I can't get rid of my darn signature!  Oh, wait....
