So I've been having a little discussion with a few of my corp mates and I say that interdiction probes aren't effected by bombs, but one of my corp mates swears that they do, in fact, get blown up by them. Anyone have any proof of this?

The Warp Disrupt Probe item does have a HP amount (1000 structure HP), but doesn't have any sig radius stat, which makes me think that it's invulnerable, even to bombs (which base their damage on the target's sig radius and speed).

I do not have practical experience blowing up interdictor bubbles, though, with bombs or otherwise.

You can smartbomb them, but not regular bomb
