Budget is not very stretchy at all so plz dont expect me to buy ur 20 bil isk plus toons


I would like a toon focused as possible, and with the following skills
Not all required but a idea of what im looking for
Carrier 5
Jump skills 5
Fighters 5
Comp skills 5
cybernetics 5
Max fitting and cap skills

Again skills not required just nice to have..
The biggest deal breaker is wasted sp.. this is a carrier pilot only i wanna purchase.. T2 small, med, and large guns not needed indy skills really not needed.

lol i didnt say perfect by any means.. the skills i listed are not required but a few of them would be great.. BTW Wts threads are not the place for your opinion
