First post on the forums i guess. sorry its such a silly question but i really dont know were else to look, ive just established a new trail account that i plan on activating here in the coming days. but i would also like to activaite an older charecter of mine that ive completley forgoten the account info for. and as ive used the same e-mail adress for this account im not quite sure how that would work. how would i go about recovering the account, is it even there still? if you have answers please respond. thank you.

The account is still there, CCP does not delete inactive accounts.

To recover it you need to contact CCP with petition (Accounts > Lost Accounts & Passwords) and include as much information about the account as you can remember.

Also, having same email on several accounts is not a problem. I have 3 accounts sharing same email.

Not trying to dent your hopes, but you need to have your login name, password, AND character name, or they won`t let you reactivate it

(I had the account name and login, but forgot the character name; CCP refused to look for it)

This is since they decided knowing your character name was part of the secure login process

The link I gave above ( http://wiki.eveonline.com/en/wiki/Username_password_and_email_issues ) lists many other things CCP can consider, so knowing username is not absolutely required.
