Exactly what you're looking for? HIC, Logi, Recon plus command ships and T3.

Minmatar frigate/cruiser/battleship + battlecruiser/commandship 5

T2 projectiles trained through large artillery and autocannon with almost all 5's in gunnery support, plus 2.5 mil in missiles.

the thing is i have a few high sp chars and need one with less sp but special skills.
