lol warning to people going to jita to kill red flashies: I kept getting Concord warnings when trying to hit ships with GCC.

I got popped by concord shooting a red last night. Terrible way to end after getting on the kill board for 9 kills including a tornado and a drake... in a rifter. Twisted

Concord seriously lost its mind last night. I expect it to have another psychotic break again tonight.
Shoot everything in Jita.

Since you're going to get Concorded anyway, may as well go down in blazing glory.

Time Dilation never took CONCORD into account by the sounds of it... Wonder how badly you could **** up the game mechanics by time dilating the entire system then blasting the hell out of anyone in range. Does CONCORD take the dilation hit as well? Or is CONCORD cheating using their own server and running full speed?

IIRC, Concord is run on the same box. What appears to be happening is that different threads supporting different sub-modules are not getting the same tidi signal or clock, so are running at very different speeds. Hence teh psychotic nature of Concord.
