Arrow Great gunnery skills 13mil sp with most supports at V or IV

Arrow Can shield or armor tank any fit.

Arrow Can use t2 lazors and projectile turrets well

Arrow Flys everything minmatar and amarr well.

Arrow High point pvp ships: Recons, Command ships, HAC's, Stealth Bombers(Three different races), and can also enter a loki or legion at anytime.

I'd be looking to sell the toon for around 16Bil
