a lot of orders changing at the same time (weird market)

can someone explain this to me looks like someone has a number of orders set up at a number of stations and races through them to change them.

had a region buy order a just listed them where they were? Also read some people like to keep all their orders the same price (or consistantly priced - xxx.55) so they can tell at a glance which are theirs

Hmm I need to get some cash into the market now, if the super rich, super smart Monocle dudes are jumping in.
