The Armor Legion fleets will now require extra damage for Romi slaying in order to blitz VG, The best ship for the job is an armor Vindi which this toon can fly perfectly. Alternatively you can use a shield vindi for HQ fleets and get first pick up choice by FC for DPS. Also not far off perfect Mach Pilot, just needs large projectiles from 4 to 5 and training for large autocannon spec. I perdominantly use him as a logi toon in HQ fleets myself and eve with logi 4 the scimi is virtually always instantly invited to fleet.
