Recently iv started running missions in Amarr, Caldari and Gallante space to increase faction standing.

For running missions, in Caldari Space, What kind of Damage should I be doing with my ship and drones?
For running missions In Amarr space, What type of Damage should I be doing with my ship and drones?
Minmatar space, I already know Kinetic is king.
For running missions in Gallante space What type of damage should I be doing with my ship and drones?

What kind of drones should I stock up on in each quadrant? Amarr drones, Caldari, Minmatar or Gallante space.

as much as I remember running missions in Mini space, Kinnetic and EM damage where 90% of the missions that I did, as im going to be grinding standing running level 4 missions, but Im planning on blitzing for the standing for each faction.
What are your thoughts, knowledge from experience, fellow, much more experienced missions runners.

As for drones, drones do different amounts of damage and travel at different speeds. Use Thermal drones on Thermal and EM weak NPCs. Use kinetic and explosive drones on kinetic and explosive weak NPCs. Never use EM drones because thermal drones have a high damage multiplier which more than offsets EM drone damage against EM weak NPCs.

edit: Also, against Angels, consider using thermal drones. The elite Angel frigates (Angel Webifier, Angel Viper) are weakest to thermal for some reason.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

It really all depends on what you're shooting at. Here are the basic factions:

Damage you should deal:
Sansha: EM (or Thermal secondary)
Amarr or Blood Raiders: EM or Thermal
Gallente or Serpentis: Thermal or Kinetic
Caldari or Guristas: Kinetic (or Thermal secondary)
Minmatar or Angel Cartel: Explosive (or Kinetic secondary)

Damage they deal to you:
Sansha: All types (EM primary, Thermal secondary)
Amarr or Blood Raiders: EM and Thermal
Gallente or Serpentis: Kinetic and Thermal
Caldari or Guristas: mostly Kinetic and some Thermal
Minmatar or Angel Cartel: All types (Explosive primary, Kinetic secondary)

Drones and torpedo's to be precise, so yes as you can see, drones are going to be very important especially when it comes to getting warp stabbed and killing large targets fast.

Im thinking the best will be Caldari drones and Amarr drones for the kinetic and EM damage for small drones, possibly Mini drones for medium (speed and tracking) but im still not sure about the Sentry's I hear tracking and range are the big factors.

Im still just under 2 days from tech 1 sentry's

Nope. Using sentries, you'll always want to carry Gardes plus a flight of damage-appropriate drones (Curators for BR/Sansha/Drones, Wardens for Serpentis/Guristas, Ogres -- yes, Ogres -- for Mercs, and either Bouncers or Berserkers for Angels depending on spawn range).
