Hey i'm not going to make the joke and say that we (the bittervets) and CCP are a married couple (even though for the outsider, our relation might really seem to be the same thing). Check the video out.. might as well check the entire video (linked only the relevant part of the message i found interesting). A lot of what this guy says is appliable to the relation we as a community have with CCP. Wouldn't hurt to take some of the advice (just woulnd't count the sex advice though.. we don't need to have sex with CCP.).


Talks about wrongdoings from both ends.. unforgiveness.. bitterness and how pratically how one side will poison himself wishing the other would die.


Replace the "Husband" with CCP and the "Wife" with the community when both sides are asking forgiveness with each other.. with the cheesy music and all.. and i promise you will laught your ass off. But makes sense, is appliable and it is true.

…or maybe the points he made about relationships were pretty much completely separate from the religious bits and you could skip the latter without in any way impacting on the former.

Also, to get the gist of what he was saying, you didn't need to watch that long, and it took a while before he slipped into the really Jesus:y bits…

yeah except as an aetheist, I find it offensive when ppl foster their religion on others using this veils like this. Well its reported, ill let the mods decide that.

Dont gotta jump to personal attacks right off the bbat when you disagree with someone. Jus sayin, thats why religion is usually a no-no on forums in the first place.

However, all the forgiveness stuff you linked... it doesn't take into account where one party repeatedly and habitually abuses trust. Sometimes a divorce is the right thing to do. But sometimes it's worth sticking around at arms length to see if the other party is actually being sincere about seeking forgiveness or just wants to keep getting laid. And if I recall, CCP hasn't actually said anywhere "we're sorry for not taking your needs into account" nor anything like it. Just "subs are down, we're giving you what you've wanted so we can keep paying our mortgages." One deserves a long term commitment, the other deserves to get kicked to the curb.

Yup, which is exactly what's happening when players constantly tell CCP that CCP's dreams are rubbish.

Go and have a serious think about the nature of the relationship between CCP and the players. Would you want to be in CCP's shoes?

Religion is like a penis, keep it to yourself and those that want to see it so don't go waving it around in public.

As Ankh has reiterated none of us like this stiuatiion, the money angle really become a problem with the introduction of MT. At that point it was injected right into the sandbox, unfortuanlty for CCP it was done in a perecieved underhanded way. That has cost CCP trust a lot of it. Since then you guys have been fire fighting, or at least the Admin component of CCP has and one of the stratergies seemed to us like "Oh that idea failed lets role out a dev see if that calms the rabble". Implicating you guys so now its us against you, which is bad for everyone as no won can win this we will all lose.

This post of yours CCP Prism X, is encouraging you guys do understand at least where we need to get too, its about the sandbox and thats about the community now all we have to do is fix it, god knows how though..

I want to hear more of that Pastor talk about our Lord Jesus Christ. CCP.... Enough of catering to heathens who stray from the Christian path.
