Time Dilation Question

Ok when the Time Dilation reads 20%

Does that mean time is slowed down by 20% IE 100 seconds real time = 120 seconds game time
or
Does that mean time is going at 20% speed IE 100 seconds real time = 500 seconds game time

Another way of saying the same question is.
Does lower percentage mean Faster or slower Time.

100% = Time has stopped
or
0% = Time has stopped.

I think it means "this system is running at 20% the speed of normal". I think.

Yep, time dilation slows everything down so that the node has more time to handle all the client requests.

Yes.

100% = no time dilation, normal speed
0% = time has stopped

The colour of the TiDi indicator is also a good indicator:
* Green = still okay
* Yellow = getting slow
* Orange = getting really slow
* Red = really really slow
