That place has nothing on Shoney's. (If you haven't been to the Southern U.S. states, it's a chain of diners). The all you can eat breakfast buffet is a sight to see. Bacon, sausage, gravy, fried potatoes, eggs of course. Go in there on a Sunday morning and you'll see people working on piles of bacon literally 8 inches high.

Also VKhaun, I hate to be the one to break this to you (not really! Bad news hahahahaha!!!) but diets don't work. If you wish to lose weight there are no shortcuts, you have to change your lifestyle and it will suck and you will be hungry and it will hurt. Also it will take a long time.

Yeah, when I was 22 I weighed about 130. Now I'm 28 and I'm up to 141, yes I'm getting rather jolly over here Straight

America has this wrapped up - i freaking LOVE Man v Food, the guy is a GOD!

I try - like today i was at hospital appointment. Got a 150/90 blood pressure then went and had a 12oz double chilli philly cheese burger, with fries and a side of cheese and bacon fries. I feel... full.... and have done for the last 12 hours.

In another town they offer a 30oz burger and fries and salad where you get a t-shirt and pic on the wall for finishing in an hour.

Im practicing.

yet even on completion due to Man v Food i will forever fail.

Was that at the Carnegie Deli? They have a pastrami sandwich that's so tall, you'd need dislocatable great white shark jaws to chomp it.
Here's another stupendous gluttony fest: The Big Texan Steakhouse outside of Amarillo, TX. 72 oz. steak is free if you can finish it. But you have to finish the salad, toast and baked potato too, all in one hour. Many have tried and failed. A local family of pro wrestlers used to do it regularly, though.
