The Jita shoot-em-up was carried out by players from all areas of the game, war decs were ignored, PVE and PVP players alike teamed up to express their outrage at the direction CCP were taking with our sandbox.

It was probably one of the most positive player organised events in recent years, and to top it all CCP actually paid attention, if they hadn't they'd still be pissing around with dressup barbie in stations and totally ignoring the core of the game, namely spaceships and blowing stuff up.

Please be sure of the facts before you post complete bollocks

Well, seeing as CCP is now War Dec shielding all large Null Alliances, I'm not sure how that exactly is supposed to happen.

The Goons looked at CCP Soundwave, sorrowful, but tough, and what was he to do but make all large alliances immune to War Decs?

But hey, I guess the Goons do role play and hell, role playing is fun for everyone. Is it too soon to ask if their is a safe word?

Dude sorry but I don't understand your reasoning.
If you or an alliance or anyone wants to fight a 0.0 entity, they can always get moving close to the systems they reside, and start shooting.

No need for war declarations and such. There is no CONCORD in 0.0 and low sec to kill your ship if you shoot someone you haven't declared war against.

The war declaration is something that ensures 2 entities can fight in high security space, without the intervention of CONCORD.
