You do know that YF doesn't actually live in Jita or Yulai, or even in Concord-patrolled space, right? They live out in Providence.

They're just soapboxing here for name-dropping and attention.

Afraid I've never had the pleasure of hearing of them previous to this. Quite ironic, the name, I suppose.

Hello, Myxx. I guess they could have put in the wardec when they posted this thread and they would be ready for it. Instead, they have decided to rely on CONCORD. A shame!

Anyone who gets popped at this point, after all of the publicity, and all of the warnings to stay away from jita this weekend probably deserves it for their ignorance. Ohwell.

Edit: You know who the real winners from this are? People who manufacture stuff. Yet, from what I've seen, these are the same people that complain about it.

Some people don't actually live in nullsec, they just have jumpclones out there.

We currently operate and work closely with other NRDS alliances, particularly in the 0.0 sec region Providence, but also in high sec and elsewhere. We have a joint communications network and daily regular antipiracy combat operations, as well as civil industrial operations etc.

Additional support in the form of their kill record. Most of their engagements are in Providence, including losses of both combat and ISK-earning ship fits, which is indicative of actually living out there. They also hold sovereignty in four systems in Providence.

Then there's anecdotal experience of my going out there and killing them / being killed by them.

They indeed have no authority for this.... Until they decide otherwise.

Also, records of Goonswarm criminal acts in empire space are already legion. Your argument is irrelevant. What is relevant is that they will probably do nothing.

Your assumptions about how I think say more than I think you might like to reveal. You could say I'm quite perceptive of how people act and treat others. This says a lot about you, more than is probably what you want.

I'd say that's debatable.

Even if it's accurate, you are certainly not perceptive of how you act and treat others.

CONCORD is the entity you can pay 50 million to, so that they look away from you making other people's ships explode, and no questions asked.

What makes you think they care about capsuleers shooting capsuleers? Their interest is in keeping the peace, not in protecting any individual capsuleer ship from going boom.

The Caldari State wishes to issue a warning to all travelers in Jita:

Due to the security system overload, Concord Law Enforcement reserves the right to engange and terminate any capsuleer they percieve as a threat. This rule will remain in effect until the Caldari State, by law of the ruling megacorporations deems Jita and surrounding space safe.
The Caldari State wishes to apologize for any inconvinience caused by the alteration of Concord Engangement Protocols.

(OOC: an error in outlaw display can cause Concord to appear and destroy perfect legitimate counter attackers, CCP is aware of the issue & works on it, in the meantime, excersize caution)

I'm not sure that mentioning an event that we held to much fanfare counts as an official record of our legion of criminal acts. Please find some official entries of our officially pen to paper criminal acts, I suggest asking CONCORD for their records. Lol

Also if it was so criminal then why have the Gallente Federation not punished us by decimating our territory with their vast fleets? Perhaps they secretly wanted us to interdict the capsuleers leeching on their space as much as everyone else did. Blink

For once, I find my self agreeing with this nasty old thing.

Now, I could be all serious and wonder if the ability to whinge is a prerequisite to getting one's pod-license, but instead...

...Instead, I checked the estimable Mr. Yagari's combat-records, and....

...Well:

Methinks you lot all just got "trolled," to use the ultra-fromal scientific term for it.

Oh, and the fact that CONCORD is not there to protect you, but punish your aggressor is something an enterprising friend of mine made quite good use of this past week-end. More of you could/should have, too.

I'm sure your Ice Interdiction in Gallente had an effect on the market with the price of fuel for Gallente Towers. I'd have to look into the market records if the market reacted like I think it should have. That being a shift to other towers to get around effects of the interdiction.

Also those hoarding ice would have seen a boon as the price spiked.
