Whoever told you to post with your main? The majority of characters seem to live in highsec, if the number put forth by the high-sec posters are to be believed. So if the "dumb majority" as you so put it, are the ones in charge, then wouldn't the "dumb majority" in this case be the actual majority?

Or is it just the "dumb majority" because you don't agree with them? As is usually the case for the losing side.

Yeah, and in italy and spain and russia and ukraine and japan and australia.

The countries that are out of that list are de facto dictatorship or worse.

So in a global perspective the word is at a best a demagogy and at worst a dictatorship.

And it's 2012 ffs, barely any progress since ancient greece.
