Yeah gotta agree a 4.4mb patch brings a multi million dollar hardware setup to its knees.

Do the people who mess up get written warnings? do you fire them? What happens? please tell us....

If I messed up at work Id have to fix that issue for free and make no money. If you mess up for any company you'd get warnings etc.

I was surprised when they said that. Seems like the odds are always good that the first stated up time is not the last.
