We really do need a bigger mining ship. With the removal of drone poo we need something bigger to pick up on the mineral supply.

Suicide Shuttles: fast as thieves, agile as all get out, and loaded with a single smartbomb big enough to put the hurt on anything up to and including a battleship.

The drawbacks? Having to almost get right up an enemy's nose to use it, tissue paper armor, and an almost certain chance of getting yourself podded either while detonating or shortly afterwards.

But DAMN it would be fun to Kamikaze!

War barges from DUST 514 (not the battlefield command ship although that can be as well) gives an asset that a corporation or alliance can park over a strategic world, and gives something for rival groups to shoot at.

A second black ops, use the tier 3 hull make it launch fighter bombers(or better yet stealth fighter bombers)

a combat version of the orca for the 4 races (AKA the escort carrier or what have ya)

A T2 ORE ship for gas minnig

A line of T2 mining ships that are for the 4 races (use same hull as logi's) and that have tanking/selfdefence in mind(sorry don't think the ORE ones should tank/fight at all, there dump trucks/bulldosers not modifided tanks and field guns)

A new DREADNOUGHT, why should carriers get all the cap hulls :) and i don't care what mega sized stuff it dose with its mega guns


a new battle ship, give every one else an Ewar hull give caldari a ...something?

A T2 battle ship that dose ultra heavy interdiction(what ever that is? IDK like jamming gates or launches/is a bubles or what have you)

I wanted to paint my space ship red, but I couldn't find enough goats.

I don't know if there are any new types of ship that I'd like to see, but what'd be cool is if there was some kind of rebalancing or bonus or buff or something that encouraged racially homogenous fleets, because they look cooler. A jumble of Minmatar, Amarr, Caldari and Gallente ships will certainly have a higher chance of being effective, but it isn't going to look anywhere near as cool as a fleet composed entirely of Gallente ships, or entirely of Caldari ships, etcetera.

would love the T2 Rokh to be an ALL OUT WAR ship, totally lacking on the ewar and support systems, but completely geared for RAW DPS and tanking. a monster among monsters of firepower. same for abaddon, maelstrom and Hyperion.


I would love this too, but I fear their sheer expense would mean you would only see them in PvE.



you often see bhaalgorns, vindicators and machariels in PVP, price is not really that important factor when bringing a ship to a fight.

Heighliner as in the type used in Dune.

Think of it as the Indy hauler equivalent of a Titan.

- Similair level of skill intensity to pilot
- Similar pricing
- Limited to Low/Null
- 20 Kms in size
- can 'space fold'
- can not dock
- maybe 5 to 10M m3
- a fairly intense logistics/support chain


- give those who grumble at JFs a new target

Oh yeah! Was thinking pretty much exactly the same thing about a kamikaze ship. The part about high chance of getting podded would help with play-balance. Make people thing more than twice about using them. Would kind of make sense that they'd be illegal in Empire space, or at least in high sec.

A couple new races would be nice.

Give me something to do with the other #? accounts.

Maybe one of the new races could have ships that are both sexy(gallente) and usefull(minmatar) with no caldariness!

Give me fish cruiser from Star Wars!

And pilotable fighters! That would be the shiznit!

How about another Tech 3 ship class. Like Tech 3 Strategic BS or Tech 3 Strategic Frigates. They could be able to be fitted to perform a lot of the various roles people have suggested thus far.

There's so much room for improvements I count probably camp this thread for ages. ;)



Warp into mission/site/battlefield, blap everything in one shot in siege mode.
