Not sure how the hound layout looks like but my Nemesis fit is something like this;

High Slots:
3 Torp launchers (I can fly Meta 4 atm, but you should be using T2)
Cloak

Mid Slot:
AB
2 Target Painters
1 web

Low Slot:
2 Ballistic Control (I have a problem fitting 2 of them due to pg/cpu issues. But I've seen others do it. I think they put an ACR to solve that problem)

Rigs:
Missile Damage Rigs


Your ideal damage per volley should be around 2,000. Due to my skills, I"m only able to get 1,200 and that's not enough. I have a difficult time breaking the shields.

Your problem is you are using a Nemesis. You should be using a Manti as Cal rats are weak to kinetic. Also the Nemesis is a lot harder to fit due to it's limited fitting specs, and I would not use a web because you will rarely be within 10km of the enemy unless you messed up. Then you are dead anyway.

I tell people in Cal Mil that they should use a Nemesis all the time but they never believe me until I completely destroy their damage output with my Nemesis over their Manti. I have gotten a few converts to using the enemies tech against them that way.

Plus with you using a Manti those things are one of the easier SB's to fit.
