Epic Arc missing from journal

Yesterday before downtime, and maybe after the update I was working on The Blood-Stained epic arc. I had just completed the mission 'A Stranger's Face'. Anyway, today when I log on, I noticed that the epic arc is no longer in my journal. I was running the same epic arc on a different character, and the epic arc is missing from his journal as well. I'm curious if anyone else has noticed this since the Escalation update.

Update: Already received a reply and resolution to this from a GM. Awesome support!!
