Is leadership the only skill that grants bonuses to team mates?

Or what skills should I train to be able to boost my friends mining barges?

Did you even bother to look at the other Leadership skills, or just trolling for more "mining is bad, m'kay?" posts?

Mining Director, Mining Foreman, Warfare Link Specialist, most of the others help in some capacity.

Mining Foreman = 2% per level ore yield bonus.

Mining Director = Each level multiplies the mining link bonus (i.e. level 5 = 5 times).

Warfare Link Specialist = 10% bonus to all links per level.

Industrial Command Ships = 3% mining link bonus per level when using an Orca.

Capital Industrial Ships = 10% mining link bonus per level when using a Rorqual in deployed mode.

Mining Foreman Mindlink Implant = 50% mining link bonus plus 15% ore yield bonus (replaces 10% from Mining Foreman skill).

We live in a world where people ask the question before looking for the answer.
But the worst is people who give an answer.

With great appreciation, those who are looking for these answers appeciate the time and effort taken by those who choose to answer the question - as they not only help the poster, but the hundreads who search.

So yes, questions and answers and searchers all are part of the cycle.

Everyone should read that Advanced Mining Guide before asking a thing. ALL the answers are in there. Every one of them.

Really.

Note that this is a direct copy/paste of one of Halada's older guides.
Personally I find the PDF files that Halada put out to be an easier read (I think they got up to 3.0).

One of the bitter points of a good bittervet is the realisation that all those SP don't really do much, and that the newbie is having much more fun with what little he has. - Tippia

Au contraire. THAT Advanced Mining Guide was the FOUNDATION of Halada's ISK Guide.
